AI operating system	The Eldric platform running private AI workloads on customer-controlled infrastructure.
Edge	The public entry point for browser and API access.
Tenant	An isolated customer, department or project boundary.
Knowledge base	A tenant-scoped collection of indexed documents used for grounded answers.
RAG	Retrieval-augmented generation: answer with relevant source context.
API key	Tenant-scoped credential for integrations.
Model catalogue	The set of models visible to a caller.
xLSTM	A public product capability name used where enabled; internal mechanics are not documented.
Preview	Available only when explicitly enabled and not framed as universally live.
